A Namibian company has announced that it has signed a three-year contract with Basil Read to supply cement for the building of St Helena Airport. Ohorongo Cement will supply cement in 1.5 tonne bags for regular shipment from Walvis Bay. A spokesman said the company was “very excited” to secure the deal.
