Hundreds of Saints partied into the night at the 2012 Reading Sports – dancing to the disco or whirling round the floor to the playing of “The Saint Duo” (all four of them). Many preferred to stand outside enjoying good company in the warm evening air. The owner of the rodeo ride had trouble turning away late-night cowboys, and the volunteers at the Sports Day Cafe managed to keep serving tomato paste sandwiches and fish cakes right to the end.
